Love Thailand: Ultimate 14-Night Thai Adventure Competition
Full Terms and Conditions (Paid Entry)

1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Love Thailand.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens on [Date of Competition Launch] and closes at 23:59 GMT on 28 February 2026 ("Closing Date"). The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition early if all tickets are sold.

3. Eligibility & Entry Mechanism
3.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 21 years or over at the time of entry, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or any third party professionally connected with the competition.
3.2. Entry is by Purchase Only. To enter the competition, you must purchase a ticket ("Ticket") via the official entry platform on the Promoter’s designated website. Each Ticket constitutes a single entry into the prize draw.
3.3. Entry is restricted to one person per Ticket. The prize is for the named Ticket holder only (the winner). Any reference to additional persons in promotional materials is illustrative only.
3.4. The price of each Ticket will be clearly stated on the entry platform. There is no limit to the number of Tickets an individual may purchase, unless otherwise stated.
3.5. All payments must be made in the specified currency through the secure payment gateway. Only Tickets fully paid for and confirmed by the payment processor will be valid entries.

4. The Prize
4.1. Main Prize (Trip for One): One (1) winner will be drawn to receive a holiday package for one person as specified:
a) Return economy class flights from the winner's country of residence (from the nearest major international airport as determined by the Promoter) to Bangkok, Thailand.
b) Four (4) nights accommodation in a standard room at Ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 4.
c) Seven (7) nights accommodation in a standard room at Pattaya Discovery Beach Resort.
d) Two (2) nights accommodation in a standard room at IP Plus Beach Resort, Koh Larn.
e) One (1) night accommodation in a standard room at Siam Mandarina Hotel, Bangkok Airport.
f) All private ground transfers in Thailand as per the itinerary via private minivan.
g) USD $1,000 spending money.
4.2. Cash Alternative: The winner may elect, within 72 hours of formal winner confirmation, to forfeit the Main Prize in its entirety and receive a cash alternative of USD $2,500. This will be paid via bank transfer in the winner's local currency, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of election. This choice is final.
4.3. Prize Specifics & Exclusions:
a) Travel must be completed between 15 March 2026 and 15 March 2027.
b) All elements are subject to availability. The Promoter will coordinate all bookings.
c) The prize excludes: travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, meals (unless part of standard hotel offering), baggage fees, and all personal expenses not explicitly stated.
d) The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and meet all entry requirements for Thailand.
e) The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. No alternative dates or element substitutions are offered, except at the Promoter's sole discretion in the event of unavailability.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid Ticket entries after the Closing Date, using a verifiably random computerized process.
5.2. The draw will take place on or shortly after 1 March 2026 and may be broadcast live on the Promoter’s social media channels.
5.3. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of Ticket purchase within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond to claim the prize within 7 days.
5.4. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and that their Ticket purchase was made legitimately.

6. General Terms
6.1. Payment & Refunds: Ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be given except in the event of competition cancellation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Entry into the competition does not guarantee the prize.
6.2. By purchasing a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these full Terms and Conditions.
6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel Tickets, or withhold the prize for any breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or manipulation.
6.4. The Promoter’s decision on all matters is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.5. The Promoter does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
6.6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all other liability for any loss or disappointment suffered in connection with the competition.
6.7. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
6.8. This competition is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales]. It is promoted by Love Thailand and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability.
